World of Goo recibirá una nueva actualización en las versiones de ordenador
Tomorrow Corporation ha anunciado que
World of Goo
recibirá una actualización gratuita en sus versiones de ordenador que supondrá la remasterización del título y la llegada de mejoras visuales.
Además de duplicar la resolución (era de 800×600), el juego contará con soporte para pantallas panorámicas (en lugar 4:3), optimización para ordenadores actuales y mejoras en la interfaz de juego propias de la versión de Switch, que llegó hace un par de años a la consola híbrida de Nintendo. En cualquier caso será posible mantener los gráficos originales si así se desea.
World of Goo es un indie refrescante y original cuya premisa consiste en construir estructuras a base de los Goo y supuso una de las primeras piedra de toque en lo que a indies se refiere. Os recordamos que World of Goo estará disponible en la tienda de Epic Games Store gratuitamente del 2 al 16 de mayo.
Reveladas las nominaciones a los premios GamesCom ’14 (MULTI)
Al igual que cada ao, los periodistas concedern los premios GamesCom a los mejores juegos mostrados durante la fiera. De momento los organizadores han mostrado hoy la lista de nominaciones, seleccionadas de entre ms de 140 ttulos.
Respecto a exclusividades, Microsoft y Nintendo tienen seis nominaciones diferentes y Sony cinco. Respecto a empresas distribuidoras / productoras multiplataformas, Take-Two tiene seis nominaciones, Warner Bros cinco, Ubisoft tres, Activision tres, Bethesda tres, Square Enix otras tres y Electronic Arts la que menos: dos.
